I was wrapping up my masters program and I got bored so I decided to create a job board for busy people — people who can't afford to spend hours and scour the internet looking to find jobs.
If you're interested in learning about EarlyApply updates, check out my Twitter account.
If you are a strong candidate but never hear back, it might be because you did not apply early enough.
Employers typically review only about 50% of applications that pass the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), while the rest are discarded (Source). Research shows that candidates who apply within the first 72 hours of a job posting are significantly more likely to land an interview. Early applications are prioritized in ATS queues, increasing visibility with hiring managers.
EarlyApply helps you apply early.
The reason is probably because the job description contains the names of the cities of the filter you selected. For example: Maybe the job description mentions that the base pay for San Francisco is $X/year. The location filter is not very smart as of now.

I am not an expert at roles outside my expertise, so I wouldn't know what's the best user experience or keywords for those roles. However, I have added a toggle to search across job descriptions, so if you know what keywords you're looking for, you can search for those.
Again, I don't know much about these areas, but you can use the "Search across job description" toggle.
I am working on adding new companies. If you have a hot favourite, DM me on Twitter.
It is, but it keeps my server and database costs down, keeps the website fast without much $ and also incentivises users to visit frequently and apply early.
